Registration code issues - If you did not purchase the MobileWrite software from this website, please contact the website where it was purchased from, for any registration code issues. If it was purchased from another website, we may not have a record of your purchase.

Policies:
- Update Policy -
Free product updates are available for the product running on
the same operating system, and we only charge a fee for major new releases. (eg. Version 4.x,
5.x etc). All "In release" updates are free. For example, if you purchased
version 3.0 for Palm OS, you can upgrade to 3.7.3 or the latest 3.x release for
Palm OS for free. To
check which version is running on your handheld, press the "About" button.
To
update your software on the Palm OS, deselect the Enable checkbox on the main screen of
MobileWrite, if this is not done, the new version will not replace the old one.
Download a new version from the Products page and install it. The registration
information from the old version will be automatically copied in to the new
version. The same registration code/serial number which was emailed to you when
you purchased this software, can also be entered on the Register screen.
To update the Windows Mobile Version,
download a new version, and reinstall it. The registration codes will
have to be entered again.
- Privacy
Policy - Inkmark Software does not rent, sell or disclose any private information
including email addresses to any outside party. Since Inkmark Software uses
the services of a company, which specializes in Internet sales, we do not
have access to any credit card information.

Questions:
- I purchased MobileWrite but did not get the software -
This software has to be downloaded from the Products page, it is
not shipped on a CD. Press the FreeTrial button, on the Products page, and
download the trial version. The trial and paid versions are the same. Only a registration code/serial number will be emailed to you after purchasing. This code has to be entered on the Registration Screen to continue using this software after the evaluation period.

for Windows Mobile, the answer to your question may be listed in there. The manual is also
part of the program on your handheld.
- Registration code - A registration code is emailed to you automatically when this software is purchased. Please take a look in the order confirmation email for it. This number must be entered on the Registration screen of MobileWrite to continue using this software after the 15 day trial period is over.
If you are using a spam filter, and if you did not see the email, please check
the bulk or junk folders of your email account.
- While purchasing, I am asked to enter the
Owner Name of the handheld. Where do I look for the Owner Name ?
- The Registration Screen in MobileWrite displays your
Owner Name. This ID can be changed by going into the Settings screen
on your Windows Mobile device, and then entering the "Owner Information"
screen .
This ID must be entered exactly as shown, otherwise the registraion code will not work.
- How do I install this product ? -
Installation is very easy. Double click on the mobilewrite_setup.exe file. The next time your
handheld is synchronized, MobileWrite will be installed on the handheld. If you’ve downloaded MobileWrite
from the Internet directly to your device as a CAB file, tap on it using the
stylus. Then follow on screen installation instructions.
- Do I need to download another version for registration ? -
It is not necessary to download another version for registration, only one version of this software is available.
The trial and the full versions are the same. It can be downloaded from the Products page.
Palm OS - Frequently Asked Questions Sprint PCS Treo 650 may require the 1.12
or greater ROM update from PalmOne, to fix the digitizer problems. Without this update, MobileWrite will not work well on the early Sprint Treo 650s. - The Registration Screen in MobileWrite displays your HotSync ID. This ID is also displayed in the upper right corner of the HotSync program screen.

- How do I install this product ? -
Installation is very easy. Double click on the mobilewrite.prc file and then press the HotSync button. See the manual included with the software for more information, and read important information when upgrading.
